Is SPA VEA open to guests of all ages?
SPA VEA is an adults-only sanctuary. Guests must be 18 or older to enjoy our spa facilities and services.
How early should I arrive for my spa treatment?
Please plan to arrive 30 minutes to one hour early to enjoy SPA VEA. To receive the full benefit of any treatment, we suggest showering prior to your appointment.
Should I alert someone if I have a medical condition, allergy, or disability?
Yes. To ensure your safety and the best possible experience, please let our spa staff know about any medical conditions, allergies, or disabilities when you make your reservation. This allows us to tailor your visit and provide any necessary accommodations.
What do I need to bring?
We provide a robe, slippers, and a private locker for your personal belongings. For your convenience, a variety of spa essentials are also available on-site, so you do not need to worry about bringing extras. We recommend leaving jewelry and other valuables at home.
Do I have to disrobe entirely for a treatment?
Undergarments are not necessary but may be worn if preferred. Our therapists are professionally trained to ensure proper draping for your comfort and privacy throughout the treatment.
Is gratuity included in the price of treatment?
A 22% automatic staff charge is added to all spa treatments and may not be modified. A portion of this charge is distributed to the spa staff and a portion is retained by the hotel. This staff charge does not replace additional voluntary gratuities, which guests may provide at their discretion.
What is your cancellation policy?
A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to avoid being charged in full for your spa service. Group reservations are subject to the terms outlined in the contracted agreement.
